Who is responsible
This notice explains how BuildWithFianko handles information through its website and enquiry channels. It also covers the contact form on the linked portfolio. For privacy questions or requests, email junyappteam@gmail.com.
Enquiries and email
The BuildWithFianko enquiry form uses your name, selected service and project description to prepare a draft in your email app. Preparing the draft does not send the enquiry to us. You choose whether to send it. Your email provider may save drafts according to its own settings.
The portfolio contact form sends your name, email address, subject and message through EmailJS when you press “Send message”. We use the information you provide to respond, discuss a possible project and handle related correspondence. Providing it is voluntary; without sufficient contact details we may be unable to reply. You can email directly instead. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal records.
Hosting and analytics
Vercel hosts this website and may process request information, including IP addresses, to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose failures. Where enabled, Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate usage statistics such as pages visited, referrers, approximate location, browser and device type. Vercel describes its analytics as cookieless, using a request-derived visitor hash that is discarded after 24 hours. This is separate from hosting logs.
We do not deliberately send contact-form messages to analytics or run advertising pixels or session-recording tools in this website. See Vercel’s Web Analytics privacy documentation and Vercel’s privacy notice.
Cookies and browser storage
The current site does not intentionally set advertising or tracking cookies. The portfolio’s theme provider may store a display preference in your browser. This preference is not an advertising profile. You can remove site storage in your browser settings; doing so may reset your display preference.
There is no “accept all cookies” banner for technologies the site does not use. Cookieless does not mean that no request data is processed: hosting and aggregate analytics are explained above. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any required choice controls should be updated before it is enabled.
Providers and external links
Enquiries are handled using EmailJS where the portfolio form is used, and email services such as Google/Gmail. Providers may process information internationally, including in the United States, under their own service arrangements. Their retention periods and infrastructure are separate from our correspondence. See EmailJS’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
BuildWithFianko also loads Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to obtain font files. Portfolio fonts are served with the site. Clicking project, GitHub, LinkedIn or other external links takes you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not sell enquiry details.
Retention and security
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer the enquiry, manage any agreed work and meet applicable recordkeeping or dispute obligations. You can ask about or request deletion of your correspondence using the email above. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons; service providers and backups may have separate retention periods.
Access should be limited to people and providers needed to handle the enquiry or agreed work. No online service can promise absolute security. Project-specific data handling should be agreed separately before confidential datasets or production access are shared.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, or request deletion or object to its use where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Contact junyappteam@gmail.com.
You may also raise a concern with your relevant data protection authority. Your enquiry is not a subscription to marketing emails.
