BuildWithFianko presents digital design, development and automation services, alongside selected work and experiments. These website terms explain use of these pages; they do not replace a project agreement. Questions can be sent to junyappteam@gmail.com.

Starting a project

Sending an enquiry or opening an email draft does not book work, reserve a delivery date or create a paid commitment. Scope, deliverables, fees, payment stages, schedule, revisions, cancellation arrangements and any support should be agreed in writing before work begins. A project-specific agreement governs that work and takes precedence over general website information where relevant.

No standard deposit, refund deadline or revision allowance is imposed by these website terms. Any such conditions must be stated in the agreed proposal. Changes to scope or timelines should also be agreed in writing.

Work, examples and ownership

Selected work may include independent design concepts, prototypes and products in development. Descriptions and labels explain their status; inclusion does not imply a client relationship, endorsement or affiliation with a named organisation. Development previews may change, be incomplete or become unavailable.

Logos, photographs, code and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and applicable licences. Viewing this website does not grant permission to reproduce its work commercially. Ownership or licensing of commissioned deliverables, third-party assets and reusable components should be specified in the project agreement.

Responsible use

Use the website and enquiry forms lawfully. Do not send spam, malicious files or information you do not have permission to share, or attempt to disrupt the website or obtain unauthorised access. Do not send passwords or sensitive records through the enquiry forms.

External services and availability

Project previews, social profiles and other linked services operate separately. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. We aim to keep these pages accurate and usable, but information and availability can change. Confirm any detail important to your decision directly before relying on it.

Project outcomes, search rankings, revenue, trading returns and other business results are not guaranteed by this website. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any warranties, support commitments or liability arrangements for paid work belong in the project agreement.
